Dari istilah aja udah ngawur sih.
Jokowi dengan sederhananya berpikir bahwa jalur cepat/bebas hambatan/freeway/highway itu namanya "tol"
Padahal "toll" itu artinya bayar.
Makanya saya bilang di awal konsep "tol laut" itu konsep paling ngawur sejak dari istilahnya.

Kemaren liat NatGeo's Years of Living Dangerously, negara kita sukses dipermalukan oleh Harrison Ford karena perusakan hutan yg gila2an.
Mentri kehutanan saat itu dibentak-bentak Ford. Gambaran bahwa pemerintah kita sedemikian bobroknya begitu nyata disajikan oleh NatGeo.
Orang luar yg nonton acara ini akan punya persepsi sama dengan kita saat melihat Zimbabwe, korup luar biasa.
Lalu tadi malem sambil treadmill di gym saya liat running text tv: BG positif jadi wakapolri.
Heart Rate yg tadinya cuman 120 melonjak jadi 160 baca berita itu. Geram luar biasa.
Pertama dalam sejarah NKRI: tersangka KPK malah jadi pejabat tinggi Polisi, dan Presiden ngga bisa apa2.
Waktu salah satu pejabat (Mensesneg?) ditanya wartawan apa tanggapan presiden/pemerintah terhadap pengangkatan BG
jadi wakapolri, eh si pejabat itu dengan entengnya ngeles "presiden sedang sibuk dengan KAA, ini momentum yg penting buat kita
untuk ..blah blah blah....".
Speechless dah.
