R8 V8 2010 - DSG Cluth Overheating.. Ada yang paham?

Post by Krisdianta »

Mohon pencerahannya..

cb bc penjelasan d bwh om, agak common kejadiannya, termasuk mbl gress yg br 2 mingg dr showroom.
Try this experiment: On a level street without traffic start the the car rolling in first gear and let it idle. The speed should settle at about 6 mph. Try the same thing in reverse.
Now, if you drive the car under heavy load (like up a steep incline) at a speed less than this, the only way the R-tronic can comply with your wishes is to slip the clutch. And since this is a dry clutch, just like in the manual transmission, slipping the clutch will get it hot quickly. Other cars, with torque converter automatics or with DSGs, have an oil bath to carry away the heat. This is a limitation of the R-tronic automated manual transmission. When driving a manual, if the driver needs a speed slower than idle they usually engage the clutch briefly and then release it right away, and repeat this process as needed. The clutch cools in between each small application of power. Only an inexperienced driver slips the clutch continuously. Unfortunately the R-tronic can't predict whether you are going to need more or less thrust in the next few moments, so it just slips the clutch as long as you command a slow speed regardless of the load on the car (steepness of the incline). The take-away from all this is to drive the car like it is a manual, not as if it were an automatic. In this situation I try to use small bursts of power to move the car. I try to avoid steady-state clutch slipping as much as possible, although sometimes it is unavoidable.

kurleb begitu um ...d bbrp kondisi jln/traffic tcm modul akan kagok bacanya yg b'akibat tjdnya slip yg b'jung k panas. akumulasi dr kejadian spt diatas yg bikin rontok, bs di kurangi dg pemakain manual modenya walo t'kadang tetap tdk bs dhindari slip tetap akan t'jadi.

*klo ada kesempatan cobaiin mbl" dg transmisi automatic ZF8HP, dr bbrp review punya quality shifting yg sgt baik dan tdk seringkih dsg. top picked up automatic transmisi compare to cvt atopun dct dsg. :big_peace:
