Akhirnya barusan saya isi sedikit oli juga ke filter olinya terus di "shake" ala2 cocktail seperti saran mbah omni. Paling tadi lampu tekanan oli cuma nyala 1 detik udah gitu mati.


Saya mau share bedanya Wix WL7131 made in Poland dengan WL7572 made in India. Selain lebih berat yg WL7131, saya lihat mekanisme penekan valvenya juga ada perbedaan, dimana yg WL7131 langsung terlihat pernya sedangkan yg WL7572 terlihat ada plat diatas pernya

harusnya sih kualitas sama antara buatan poland dan india, walaupun yang 7572 sedikit lebih mahal.
dan kalaupun masih ada 7131 yang beredar, bisa jadi itu stok lama.

*sekedar informasi. bukan ngebelaian, bukan fans, bukan sales wix.

dan masalah cold start, jika mobil rutin setiap hari dipakai ngga usah terlalu dipusingin. karena saat mesin sudah mati pun, kondisi internal bagian atas masih dalam kondisi basah oli.
pun untuk bagian seperti cam lobe, di sekeliling tappet kan ada kolam oli kecil untuk cadangan pelumasan.

kecuali mobil yang dinyalakan seminggu sekali atau lebih dari seminggu sekali, alangkah baiknya pakai filter yang drain back valve-nya beneran berfungsi.
Mbah ini type lipindut saya jalan seminggu atau 2 minggu sekali sekitar 50-100 km.
Baru keluar kandang kl mudik bisa 2000 km.
Itu filter yg ada drain back valve u oli mesin, filter apaan ya mbah u lipindut?

semua filter oli spin on aftermarket ada drain back valve. hanya saja masing-masing kualitas penyekatannya berbeda.

selama posisi filter oli nggak terbalik kaya 2KD atau 5K atau C223, ga usah pusingin drain back valve.

itu yg namanya anti-drainback valve gunanya mencegah oli yg sdh didalam filter kembali ke karter ketika mesin mati. apalagi yg menghadap ke bawah oli filternya. kl lihat yg itunya lubang doang berarti ga ada anti-drainback valve nya, filter kelas ampas.

valve itu terbuat dr karet, dr hasil belah2an sy kemaren kualitas anti-drainback valve itu berbeda2. ada yg kuat ada yg letoy. ada yg rapat ada yg longgar.
(utk yg tau sy: jangan mesum, lg ngomongin valve nih :mky_03:)

Tapi kalau ada karet valve terus apa sirkulasi ga terganggu gitu? Jadi ga lancar dong.

Apa ada mekanisme kalau mesin nyala dia bisa terbuka sendiri jadi sirkulasi lancarr?

mekanisme nya kaya flap, buka cuma 1 arah ke arah dalam. kl mesin nyala sirkulasi oli masuk dr lubang kecil yg banyak itu (valve kebuka), setelah difilter keluar dr lubang gede yg tengah dan didistribusikan ke oil gallery.

ketika mesin dimatikan, ga ada tekanan oli ga ada sirkulasi, dan itu mekanisme flap (karet valve) nutup. dan oli yg ada didalam filter terperangkap ga bisa turun lg ke karter.

betul.

itulah kenapa kl yg aftermarket musti diperhatiin, kelenturan karetnya kl terlalu keras nah itu menghalangi debit oli. mendingan terlalu lentur sekalian krn ruginya cuma fungsi drainback nya berkurang (pas mesin dimatiin)

Biar aman beli yg bolong aja lah.

Paling cuma resiko sepersekin detik pas mesin baru dinyalain, oli belum terpompa sempurna.
