Jangan kuatir oom, ga bakal keisep tu air ujan. Mobil saya ujung intake airbox-nya pas di balik grille depan, jarak cuma 1 jengkal ke filter udara. Dari pabriknya udah kaya gitu.

Flushing HLA ga usah bongkar Cam

Masukkin aja oli SAE 20 curah + engine flush yg bagus, nyalakan mesin scr idle selama 40 menit, then buang olinya + ganti filternya

kalo trit KIOC di kuskas sehh isi nya dewa2 smua... modif DIY uda kelas berat.. :big_weee: :big_weee: :big_weee: cuman sayang... user vvt-i dikit... jadi yahhh trit ttg DIY dsana minim banget.... ane ngubek2 nyari nya aja ampe susah buka halaman2 keblakang... dl bnyak yg ane bookmark in kalo pas ketemu halaman ttg diy vvti... tp apes laptop kena format jd ilang smua.. :big_cry: :big_cry:
itu aja yg kmaren ini ane poles TB jg ilmu nya dari sana.. tp ane lupa ada step lanjutan apa lagi stelah di poles TB itu... jd ane cuman ngerjain seinget nya ane aj dl perna baca tuh tret... :big_sorry: :big_sorry:

Kalo ga ketemu oli curah, bisa pakai 10W30 kelas murah, isi aja sampe lewat sedikit batas E di dipstick + Eng Flush yg bagus

kalo gathering sih boleh-boleh aja, tapi urusan DIY ane masih ngeri liat para suhu dimari maenannya kelas wahid.
btw oom Turbo, cara flush emang paling gampang. tapi dengan syarat itu buat mobil yang belum 5 taun umurnya dan rajin ganti oli. kalo yang udah 5 tahun lebih alangkah baiknya HLA dilepasin biar lebih bersih.

@ ALX : ga smua mobil baru uda ber HLA dan ga smua mobil lama blom ber HLA om.... mitsu jebot jaman galant aj ud berHLA... honda utk beberapa seri malah masi pake cincin shim di klep nya... musti di stel2... mau tau atau tidak nya yahh mau ga mau bongkar enjin head om... ntar kliatan...

penggantian minyak power steering (PS) dgn ATF dexron III mineral based...

usia minyak atf baru setaon yg lalu...


biasanya sehh yg noticeable pas tiap kali penggantian minyak PS, bunyi seeengggg saat setir dputar jd ilang... dan sedikit lebi enteng putaran setir...

drain nya via selang low ps om... modal nyalain mesin bentar (banget, 2 detik doank kali) trus lgs matiin lg...
stelah di buang dan di isi, pasang selang low ps dan sambil nyalain mesin puter roda kiri kanan, ntar bubble nya jg kluar om dari selang low ps nya... puter2 ki ka terus ampe ilang tuh bubble...

nyari2 baut bleeding di steering rack ipah ga ketemu soalnya...

Oli transmisi & gardan buat si vvti M/T yg recommended apa yah? Trus isinya brp liter biasanya?

ane cuman nubie... masi kalah ilmu ama master2 dsini...

wuihh skrg diem2 uda make 1TR-FE.... salut lharr...

btw, transmisi ama gardan katanya bsa pake grade GL-5, tp saran ane tetep stick ke GL-4 utk transmisi dan GL-5 utk gardan.. tohh beban kerja torsi si gearbox ga berat2 amat jd ga perlu GL-5 dan takutnya daleman nya masi ada parts2 yellow metal... lain kalo gardan, wajib GL-5 siong..

gearbox biasa ane isi 2.4 liter... gardan 2.4 liter jg...

gearbox biasa make castrol atau rored 80W-90 GL4... ganti per 20 rebu km... not bad jg quality nya, shifting lancar... gardan make sainz GL5 75-90.. ganti nya jg sama ama gearbox... ntuh smua oli yg ane pake kelas generik dgn harga murah, sering2 ganti jg gapapa...

Oya nanya 1 lagi boleh yah chiong, vvti mt ini kalo idle ada terasa getaran ga sih pas kita duduk di dalam kabin? Wajar ga kalo ada kayak getaran intermitten gitu?

Wakaka..br baca..jahat bgt om iki hehe...

Dulu ane sempat pkn di auto2000 malang 1bln..mreka ad manual book stau ane..klo baik ama montirnya bisa dpinjem fotokopi...tp g tau lg skrg gmana

kalo males nyari2 tempatnya... coba bawa ke toda di gading serpong jg ada siong ntuh 2 oli...

mustinya nyaris ga berasa siong... pas idle rpm cuman 750an... rendah bgt... ane perna cobain unit di showroom jg ga berasa koq getaran idle nya... tp di ipah ane sehh sama ky nt, uda berasa geteran nya... mungkin ud waktu nya ganti enjin ama gearbox mounting...

Nanti ane coba balikin kondisinya supaya prima dulu deh trus ane update lg chiong, maklum dulunya perawatan sangat ala kadarnya :wkkk:

Mounting2 harusnya belum rusak yah secara ini unit tahun 2011 akhir chiong :e-think:

kalo unit masi gress mungkin kecil kmungkinan mounting rusak siong... btw utk baut mounting gearbox, coba d kencengin pake kunci pas... dl ipah ane perna geter heboh gara2 tuh baut kendor...

coba carbon clean masukin cairan dari lobang busi ama ganti busi dl aj siong... trus injector cleaning aj... mau yg cara cabut injector, atau masukin obat campur ke bensin, atau pake mesin special buat bersihin injector tanpa copotin injector, mirip purging di diesel tp ini beda nya pake mesin...
