Mengurangi getaran mesin Innova D4 D yg berusia di atas 4 tahun

Metodanya dengan mengganti engine mounting & Transmission mounting

Hasilnya ?

Lumayannn.....

Yg paling terasa adalah saat mesin berkitir antara 1000 - 1400 RPM......ini zona
"frekuensi resonant" si 2KD, getaran jadi lebih halus.

Yg terasa juga : getaran pada jok tengah saat stasioner.

Kesimpulan :
Buat yg D4 D nya sudah berusia di atas 4 tahun boleh pertimbangkan ganti engine
mounting & Trans mounting utk mengembalikan kenyamanan.

DC sekitar Rp. 1.060.000,- plus ongkos bongkar pasang sekitar Rp. 225 rb.

Andai dlm 4 tahun tapi KM nya masih relatif dikit misal baru 60 rb Km juga boleh
dipertimbangkan, karena engine mounting tetap akan terpadatkan / menjadi kaku
seiring berjalannya waktu.

1.060.000,- itu harga total utk 3 biji = 2 eng mounting + 1 Trans mounting

Type karet padat aja

wew kok mahal ya bro? kalo engine mounting kijang kapsul diesel berapaan ya?

kalo ganti itu harus bongkar mesin nya kah bro? berapa lama ya kira2?

gk harus bongkar mesin kok.. biasanya mesinnya cuman di ganjel atau di gantung pake baby crane supaya engine mountingnya bisa di lepas.
yang an etau sih begitu caranya broo.

Mending ganti saja Om.. daripada getarannya makin keras dan mengendorkan baut2 interior, dashboard, power window, gardan dan pinggang... :mrgreen:

Setahuku emang segitu kok harganya.. di mobil laen kayanya hampir sama.. 300.000-an sebiji.. kadang heran jg, padahal cuma karet bulet kecil gitu..
Tapi jangan kawatirrr,.. nanti gak lama lagi harganya cuma 300 rupiah.. :big_weee:

Weleh...masa 1 set engine mount sejuta mahal sih? Buat mobil udah 4 thn gitu lho...
Belon nyobain punya Ford ya, engine mount sebiji 2 juta...fuel pump 5 juta...karet wiper hampir sejuta :mrgreen: ...

yg liquid bukanya lebi awet yah mar.... jarang banget bermasalah dan kaga perlu diganti slama blom bocor... :e-think: :e-think: :e-think:

btw, kalo enjin mounting yg type karet padat gt knapa ipah punya agak mahal yahh... padahal kaya panther punya aja sama2 type karet padat tapi cuman puluhan rebu doank... :e-think: :e-think:

Dulu ane waktu pake LS AT ganti engine mounting & Trans mounting yg Orig. total abis sekitar 500 rebu plus - minus utk parts-nya = 2 eng mntg + 1 Trans mntg (di luar ongkos bongkar - pasang)

Utk Engine mounting Panther dulu sih biasa ane ganti di tahun ke 3, sebab guncangan-nya udah kerasa & pas dibuka biasanya eng mntg-nya dah mulai agak kempot.

Sedang Ipah D4 D di th ke 4 aja sebetulnya getaran masih acceptable & mounting masih layak pakai, hanya ane iseng aja coba ganti.

Eng. mounting Panther & ToKiDies banyak versi Kw-nya & harga memang bisa murah...........ane sendiri di ToKiDies dulu pernah coba pake eng mntg yg sebiji cuman Rp. 105 rebong........tapi yah memang....ada harga, ada rupa.........akhirnya lewat 2,5 taun ganti yg Orig.

Engine mounting + transmission mounting untuk innova diesel masih dlm tahap wajar kalo totalnya 1.040 rb.
Kalo ada yg bilang pny panther murah kurang lebih 500rb itu msh bisa dipahami, krn ini parts ori lokal. Kalo yg bener2 ori import saya rasa juga akan mendekati angka 750rb. Untuk perbandingan saja, engine mounting colt diesel lama yg ori lokal hny kisaran 100rb, yg ori import 250-300rb. Jadi total untuk kendaraan macam colt diesel aja engine monting sepasang udah 500rb, masih belum transmission mounting nya :mrgreen:
Jadi bener kata om turboman, ada harga ada barang.
Tapi mestinya untuk innova bensin urusan engine mounting lebih panjang umurnya drpd innova diesel, karena innova bensin tidak menahan getaran sebesar mesin diesel. Bukankah begitu om turboman? :ungg:

kekuatannya beda gk tuh? kan sama2 ori ????

engine mounting panther ane juga kyknya udah mau kena nih, tiap matiin mesin guncangannya berasa bgt, dulu kyknya gk begini guncangannya......... tapi nanti dulu ajalah gantinya, selama masih belom parah guncangannya hehehehehehehe.. tapi kalo idle gitu no problem menurut ane..

Kualitas jelas beda mar. Kalo kualitasnya sama trz buat apa ada ori lokal n ori import dgn harga yg berbeda jauh. Bisa2 yg import punya gak laku sama sekali donk :upss:
Ori import tuh biasanya dr kualitas tidak berbeda jauh dgn parts asli bawaan mobil. Kalo ori lokal, sengaja dibuat di indo dgn kualitas lebih rendah demi memenuhi pasar yg "haus" barang murah & menekan pemalsuan parts ori :mrgreen:

Aku jg gak apal neh harga pastinya berapa, cuman yg pasti gak mahal koq mar. Kalo yg ori import biasanya diatas 200rb/pc. Ga ada pny panther yg liquid itu mar, smua dr karet. Yg penting dilihat aja kualitas karet n plat besinya.

waktu itu bokap yg ganti mar... lagian di tret sper part, juragan2 sper part nya pada kaga ada... mangkanya ane jg binggung konsultasi ama siapa :ungg: :ungg: :ungg: ini aja knalpot dan spion ipah ane aja masi binggung mo beli dmana yg murah... :ungg: :ungg: :ungg:
