Habis Spooring, Mobil Lari ke Kiri

Awalnya bengkel spooring menyarankan untuk mengganti tie rod dan long tie rod,
saat saya mau spooring.

Selesai dipasang terod baru,
dilaksanakanlah spooring di bengkel tadi.

Ternyata mobil (masih) lari ke kiri waktu di lepas stirnnya,
seperti kondisi saat terod habis diganti dan dalam perjalanan menuju bengkel.

Tapi keadaan justru normal saat terod belum diperbaharui(?!)

Tanya sama mekanik spooring,
disarankan untuk menukar ban kiri depan ke kanan dan sebaliknya.

Kecurigaan tentang ban benar adanya,
karena stir lari ke kanan sekarang.

Yang menjadi pertanyaan saya,
kenapa saat jalan lurus (setelah ban disilang),
kini stir cenderung melenceng ke kiri (menuju arah jam 11 kira-kira).

Sementara saat baru dispooring,
stir tepat di tengah (arah jam 12) jika jalan lurus.

Apa penyebabnya,
dan kira2x mau gak bengkel spooring menspooring ulang kondisi mobil sekarang? (biar stir lempeng lagi).

btw..tekanan bannya udah dicek kembali omm.... beberapa kejadian stir ngebuang hanya krn tekanan ban yg belum pas antara kiri dan kanan..

pada umumnya bengkel spooring memberikan garansi sekitar 1 minggu untuk claim balik jika hasilnya kurang memuaskan....saya sarankan segera untuk didatangi lagi...kalo perlu mekaniknya diajak test jalan untuk membuktikan keluhan kita

biasanya seblm spooring, memang check angin dulu kan.

spooring dan ganti tie rod nya di bengkel yg sama ya?
harusnya mau, masih tanggung jawab mereka.

tp kalo yg hanya khusus bengkel sporring & balance ban, ada garansi seminggu, kurang lebih spt yg jalu tulis.

kalo bole tau, mobilnya mas herbid apa?
pernah ada gejala bunyi geladak2 di depan ga atau stir berasa longgar?

gw curiga nya krn ban nya blm pernah disilang, terus ada shock yg udah lemah, jd ban aus nya ga rata.

Spooring n balancing tiap 10 ribu km ya sebaiknya

biasa kalo buang kiri atau kanan sih udah pasti teknisi cek angin nomor 1 nya. jadi itu seperti out of question.
masalah garansi jg percuma, dikasih 1thn pun ga berguna kalo alat spooring nya yg ga bener calibrasi nya

saya pernah menulis perihal ini di salah satu trid..salah satu penyebab stir ngebuang ke kiri walaupun udah spooring & balancing..

kayak beginilah kira2, tapi ini agak ekstrim ya, dan masuknya ke "Super Elevation", kita lihat jalanannya miring ke kanan (kalo dari arah pengemudi), F (Force) nya mengakibatkan mobil jenis apapun juga cenderung lari ke kanan..

klo semua oke dispooring masih lari kemungkinan besar alat spooringnya belum/jarang dikalibrasi, namanya alat ukur wajib dikalibrasi..

klo saya sblm spooring sambil basa basi nanya2 paket saya pasti tanya ini alatnya terakhir kalibrasi kapan....

mungkin bisa dicoba dengan menempelkan beban seberat 5kg di fender sebelah kanan biar balance :ngacir:

kebiasaan gw kalo abis sporring selalu bawa tukang sporringnya sekaligus ke jalanan rata coba tuh mobil lurusin setir kadang abis sporing masih suka ngaco sudutnya nah kalo loe test setirnya lurus tapi mobilnya lari ke kiri suruh tukang spooringnya turun dan setting on the spot biasanya seh gw gitu...... :ngacir:

kalo ud di setting tapi menurut gw masih ngaco terus tukang sporring bilang "masa sih??" biasanya gw suruh loe cobain ndiri deh.... biar dia tau kurangnya dimana lagian dia org lebih ada felling karena mereka yg setting....... :glodak:

kalo ts bilang buang kiri harusnya ts udah tau kontur jalan, mungkin jalan ygbiasa dilewati jadi angle kemiringan juga agak ga relevan.
lebih baik cari tempat spooring yg recommended

Kalau sensitif seperti itu, coba waktu spooring, bobot pengemudi ada di kursi. Cek juga karet2 (bushing) suspensi.

Kasus yg sama, punya saya sebelum spooring kalo stir posisi lurus lari kekiri, setelah spooring juga masih sama lari kekiri.. mohon pencerahanya juga nih..

balikin ke bengkelnya suruh bikin betul sampe nggak lari kiri lagi. kan itu ada garansi.

Boleh minta bengkel spooring nya om?
kebetulan alami hal yg sama, sebelum dan sesudah spooring mobil suka lari ke kiri, padahal di jalan tol dan kontur jalan bagus.

solusinya pindah bengkel spooring. Saya juga ngalamin kok di spooring di toko P sudut toe terlalu masuk. Pindah ke bengkel baru malah sudut toenya bagus.

Trus.. perbedaaan caster kiri dan kanan jangan lebih dr 30’.
Lebih dr itu suka lari2 apalagi klo pake ban lebar

Coba ganti bengkel spooring om, saya juga pernah mengalami..udah 2-3 kali di spooring ulang tetep ga lurus karena alasan mereka kaki-kaki mobil sy yang bermasalah, padahal kondisi masih sehat.

akhirnya pindah bengkel selesai urusan daripada rugi waktu bolak-balik bengkel spooring yang pertama. 😁

biasanya saya abis spooring selalu lari nah kalo lari saya ajang montirnya muter2x liat setirnya nyari tempat kosong dia setel lagi di pinggir jalan sampe lempeng :big_biglaugh: jd alatnya emang gak selalu akurat juga mungkin ada faktor kausan komponen yang bikin lari sedikit :big_bored:

sy pernah abis spooring msh lari. kawan bilang hrs test drive bawa mekaniknya nanti stel di jalanan. dlm hati kl gitu pake feeling dong, buat apa ada alat alignment canggih ratusan juta kl msh hrs manual by feeling. krn sy yakin kondisi kaki2 msh prima semua akhirnya ganti bengkel, mekaniknya msh muda tp jago. toe bisa dibikin 0°0' rata kiri kanan pake dienjot2 segala sm dia digelantungin badan dia dr kolong. hasilnya lurus tuh. sy sampe balik lagi cuma buat kasih tip gedean. mekanik kaya gini perlu kita sayang2.
mekanik banyak yg bacot doang, kl sy iya2 aja trus tinggalin. pikir gw ga ngerti kali.

Mesin spooring kan alat ukur. Mestinya rutin d kalibrasi sama owner bengkel

Kalau boleh tau bengkel spooringnya dimana ya om? Saya habis ganti racksteer dan spooring mobil masih lari ke kiri.
