report : ternyata kuras minyak PS di ipah itu bener2 serba cepet... gmana kaga cepet coba, ntuh selang balik ane copot trus ane masukin mulut selangnya ke botol aqua... ehh gt ane start mesin aja ga ampe 3 detik uda ampir penuh tuh botol, bahkan tuh reservoir lgs kering... boro2 ane sempet muter setir...

akhirnya cara nya ane ganti, pertama nyalain mesin, gt ntuh minyak kluar smua, ane matiin mesin, trus sambungin tuh selang ke reservoir nya lagi... lalu isi minyak atf baru di reservoir ampe penuh... lalu nyalain mesin, puter2 setir beberapa kali... lalu cabut selang nya, dan buang atf tsb.... ulangi 2 kali... lalu, pasang kembali selang dan klem nya... trus tuang minyak ATF baru ampe penuh... oh iya, begitu ane nyalain mesin, biasanya ntuh pompa PS nya lgs berbunyi agak kenceng gt waktu ane puterin setir... musti didiemin dulu baru ilang... mungkin minyak nya blom turun kali....

hasil nya ?? setir tetep keras muter nya.. :frm_bang_head: :frm_bang_head: walaupun uda agak mendingan dikit, terutama waktu muterin setir sambil jalan pelan, skrg uda enteng.. tapi kalo lagi muter2 setir pas mo parkir seh tetep aja beratt... :frm_bang_head: :frm_bang_head: oh iya, bunyi berdesis waktu ane muterin setir skrg uda ilang... :e-dance: :e-dance:

ritual kuras ini sehh menurut ane bole sehh tiap 3 atau 4 taon skali... scara tadi kliatan banget beda nya... ATF lama begitu itam legam dan kentel banget...

itu uda dikerjain 2 orang mar... tadi ane minta tolong bokap bantuin... tapi blom sempet di muter stir aja ntuh reservoir uda kburu kosong, ane isi jg lgs kosong kaya kesedot gt.... kayanya emang ga perlu di puter2 sgala kali yahh setir nya... :e-think: :e-think: :e-think:

mobil uda di spooring mar waktu ganti ban kmaren ini... ban jg uda di balans... btw ane pake ban nya bridgestone b250... apa ini ban bobot atau pattern kembang nya yg bikin keras yahh.. :e-think: :e-think: :e-think:

bukannya innova pake ban standard emang B250 atau yang dunlop itu...
jadi ban yang B250 itu mank stdnya dia deh kyknya....

std nya ipah itu dunlop seri d80 atau apa gt ane lupa... kalo yg Bridgestone mereka dulu pake nya yg b390, ban mahal tuh, lebi mahal dari turanza ar10 malah... soalnya awet bener tuh ban, ga jarang tuh orang2 pake bisa ampe 80rebu km.... cuman karena mahal yah toyota akhirnya beralih ke dunlop deh skrg....

bener siong... sblom dikuras tuh, kalo ane belokin setir aja ada suara berdesis gt...kalo level nya sehh gmana bisa ane liat, wong reservoir nya aja kaya tabung besi ketutup smua gt, tapi kalo diliat dari atas sehh kaya nya ampir penuh tuh...

lagian kalo kata orang toyota nya sehh, ntuh minyak PS sebenernya ga perlu dikutak kutik slama ga terjadi kebocoran.. makanya di buku servis kaga dicantumin kapan suru diganti atau dikuras...

ngecek level reservoir PS itu dr tutupnya....disitu ada strip levelnya......

kalau saya, ada di bagian body bak penampung power steering fluid, ada indikatorny.. tapi ga bitu kliatan.. karena sudah mulai buram bak penampungnya :e-think:

ya kalo dicek dlm kondisi mesin mati dan basah stripnya, kemungkinan levelnya masih oke......
btw, kalo semua aspek udah dicek2, minyak udah diganti tapi stir masih berat, jangan2 pompanya yang bermasalah chiong....?? :e-think:

secara volume sih emang oli PS ga bakal berkurang chiong... tapi yg namanya oli kan bisa terdegradasi kualitasnya selama pemakaian..... :frm_bang_head:

kalo yg ane ngobrol2 ama salah satu bengkel sehh... mereka saranin utk cek tie rod dkk nya... scara ntuh mobil km uda tinggi, dan coba di spooring ulang aja, kan ga smua tempat spooring bagus... lagian kan sperti yg ane blg dulu, ntuh mobil kalo jalan jelek kadang ada suara gluduk2 kecil gt kaya suara ban kempes... kalo mereka blg sehh kayanya itu ada masalah di tie rod...
