disitu lengkap penjelasan nya, mulai dr gejala2 silinder yg nikasil nya problem s/d tahun produksi yg sudah tidak memakai nikasil

Jaman dulu Bensin cuma Pertamina, masalah nikasil cepat lambat akan terjadi. Tapi sekarang ada Shell, Total dkk yang katanya bensinnya lebih bagus.

Kira2 kalau pakai Shell terus, masalah nikasil ini ada kans bisa dicegah nggak ya?

masalah nilkasil tidak dapat dicegah
, tp kita hanya bisa menyiasati bagaimana supaya lifetime mesin lebih panjang..

Masalah Nikasil gak terlalu masalah kalo pakenya Pertamax dr awal. Gampang banget ketahuannya kalo kena - mesin bergetar, asap ngebul. A BMW inline 6, kalo sehat - nyaris tidak ada getaran saat idle. Kalo ketemu yg tanpa getaran dan gak ngebul dan udah jalan seratus ribuan kilo..santai aja.

Kalo udah 200 ribu dan perlu turun mesin....yah termasuk wajar...mungkin bukan salah Nikasilnya wkwkwk, bisa aja perawatan gak bagus, pernah overheat dipaksa jalan, dll...

masa sih ga bisa dicegah?
walaupun misal nya dr pertama ga pernah pake premium?
atau semua jenis bbm yg berdar itu memiliki kandungan sulfur walau dalam tingkat yg berbeda2? :e-think:

yg gw tau sih kadar sulfur pertamax di spbu yg sama itu naik turun, apalagi beda spbu..
ga bisa dicegah karena suatu saat pasti bakal terjadi.. walaupun jangka yang lama.. *misal 300rb km..
kl 300rb km turun mesin, rasanya wajar ya.. Oleh karena itu seperti yg om FM bilang, masalah nikasil ga terlalu masalah..

Kalau 300 ribu km turun mesin itu gak masalah, karena emang usia mesin rata2 segitu. Ada yang bilang usia mesinnya gak sampai 100 ribu km. Bahkan ada yang tidak beruntung, 10 ribu km mobilnya udah jebol.

Solusinya, pas turun mesin, seharusnya ada pilihan parts. Boleh pakai parts masih dgn nikasil, atau parts downspek tanpa nikasil tapi lebih awet. Sayang sekali BMW tidak menyediakan parts downspek ini.

BMW dulu mengganti dengan gratis mesin2 yg kena dalam masa garansi, dengan blok tanpa Nikasil. Partsnya jelas2 dari dulu ada, apalagi sekarang - dan bukan "downspek".

Kalau ganti sekarang bisa gratis gak? Khan udah nggak dalam masa garansi. Ngeri aja, 10 ribu km kena masalah di jalan, iya kalau parts lain gak ikut2 rusak. Belum kalau ditabrak dari belakang.

Emang gak semua orang paham nikasil itu apa, dan bedanya dengan silinder liner downspek.

setau saya sih liner nikasil di bmw itu pertama nya ditujukan utk efisiensi gesek piston, tapi tampak nya saat itu bmw kurang riset ato gimana gitu, sehingga baru mengetahui belakangan bahwa liner nikasil rentan terhadap sulfur dan akhir nya discontinue digantikan liner biasa cmiiw :e-think: :e-think:
jadi ga tepat juga klo disebut down-spek :e-whistle: :e-think:
