Pony car itu definisi buat muscle cars yang small size mods. :) Dimensi lebih compact. Filosofi dasarnya sih gitu walau in fact semua pony (dengan Mustang sebagai pionir) toh growing bigger bigger and bigger sampe jadinya gendut gak berbentuk lagi.

Terbukti, Mustang 'pony' gendut generasi 71-73 flop di pasaran gak sukses lagi seperti predecessornya.

Punya muscle car bukan buat kebut2an dong. Gelondongan mesin baja di mukamobil nan berat membuatnya pasti understeer.

Lebih baik buat cruising santai. Inilah mobil bertenaga besar yg enak dipakai pelan. Bedakan dgn mobil I4 yg perlu rpm tinggi, mau jalan aja kudu perkosa mesinnya dulu.

Muscle car punya ruang yg luas. Mau berbuat apa aja bisa di dalamnya hahahahaha. Masing2 penumpang punya space yg luas, yg Rolls Royce pun sulit menandingi. Suspensinya empuk, enak gila buat ngelinding di Broadway (atau Malioboro atau lainnya, kalau di Jakarta di Metro Pondok Indah)

Baca di sebelah bro. Salah 1 master V8 nya Indo udah bersabda soal hoax/realnya Charger Indo ini. :)

Soal foto, orang yang ngobrol ama ane tersebut cuman bilang 'saya udah diliatin ada foto Charger, sumwhere di Tangerang'. Bukan dia pemilik fotonya.

Udah lamaaaaaa eksistensi Charger di Indo cuman jadi mitos. Urban legend. Tapi, sebagai orang yang 'beragama' :big_weee: , saya yakin banget Charger DOES EXIST di Indo karena Indo ini gudangnya mobil klasik di Asia.

Brand exo macem Lambo, Maserati, Jag, Ferrari, Lotus, Bentley aja udah dari 50-60an masuk Indo, masak 'cuma' sekelas Dodge (even itu Charger yang notabene pada jamannya cuman 'regular high performance car') gak masuk Indo?

Old story dari seorang builder V8, dan cerita ini verified oleh pemain2 lama balap jalanan Sudirman, era 90an. :) Back to nineties.

Sebuah Holden 'busuk' V8 berhasil ngalahin cucunya babe saat ngetrek di Sudirman. Tau ajalah spek mobil2 cucunya babe Cendana.

Mustang lage........ Kenapa post si putih ini? Karena, inilah the FIRST MUSTANG, 1964, yang berarti the FIRST PONYCAR, VIN #0001, sekarang duduk diam menikmati hari tua di Henry Ford Museum hehehe.......

Sejarahnya menarik. Niatnya si #01 ini cuman jadi demo car, karena kesalahan si sales, jadinya terjual. Ford kelabakan dan berusaha membeli kembali.

Si pembeli menolak, dipake2lah Mustang #01 ini. Akirnya dia nyerah juga, minta tukar ama Mustang 1966 nomor produksi 1.000.001, loaded with full option, GRATIS.

Mesin OHV sebetulnya justru Torsi @RPM rendahnya kuat..........kita ini kena "hipnotis" pabrikan mobil aja yang seolah olah mengesankan DOHC yg terbaik, OHV ketinggalan zaman.......padahal baik OHV dan DOHC masing2 punya plus - minusnya sendiri2.........

Btw yg ane demen dr suara V8 nya big three itu kalo idle ada suara "gling gling gling gling" nya itu............sama V8 Diesel kingkong Duramax juga kalo idle ada suara kayak "gring gring gring" nya.......... :mky_01:

Duramax 6.6 sih kalo yg type LB7 dan LLY mestinya flexible minum solar berbagai kualitas, krn mesin2 tsb lahir di era taun 2001 dan 2004

Kalo LMM jangan dah.....karena dia ada DPF nya.

Utk info: solar rendah sulphur di US juga konon kualitasnya gak sebagus di Eropa, katanya ULSD di US itu HFRR nya tinggi aka daya lumasnya rendah, toh mesin2 Diesel V8 Duramax / Powerstroke dan Dod Cummins 5.9 L-6 CRD survive ajah

Bahkan baca2 di bbrp forum juga gak sedikit user di US coba campur oli bekas ke solarnya.......called Black Diesel

Duramax juga favorit di antara speedgoers, yg di tune edan2-an pasti Fuel Rail Pressure naik byk dr std, bisa sampe 2000 Bar

Lalu skg di Tamansari 66 sudah ada BOSCH Diesel centre utk servis Common Rail, jadi yaa pakai Duramax sih mestinya gak worry...........

Nyampah pagi.... Saat pertama dipajang beberapa bulan lalu, harganya bikin geger anak muscle. Buka di 2 M kurang 100 jeti huhuhuhuhuhu.................

Gak segitunyalah, IMO. Detail2nya (yang kasat mata via foto) aja ngaco kok, gimana jeroannya? :big_weee: Harus diakuin memang dia menang bodi duluan, bodi fastback [cencored] kek Farah Quinn, perkara dalemannya gimana tauk dheeeeeeee.......... :ngacir:

Terbukti, stuck. Minggu lalu dikabarin turun drastis ke 1,5 masih bisa digoyang dangdut plus bisa bayar pake termin.

semarangnya di mana itu omm ? kalo di restorasi ke original lebih bagus drpd di modif ke eleanor. imo.

om enji ma pak turbo ato siapa saja. jawab dunk knapa pemilihan mesinnya buat muscle car adalah v8 knapa bukan yg lain ? apa keuntungannya di banding konfigurasi mesin yg lain ?

Weh gak ngerti deh teknisnya kenapa V8 yang jadi basis favorit di Amrik, kok pabrikan demennya bikin V8 bukan (misalnya) V6. Kalo V10 ato V12 mungkin masalah dimensi yak?
