Penghargaan diperoleh atas pencapaian terbaik dalam hal kepuasan pelanggan terhadap layanan purna jual Mitsubishi di Indonesia.

Riset yang dilakukan oleh J.D Power Asia Fasifik ini untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pelanggan otomotif terhadap layanan service yang diberikan pabrikan mobil melalui jaringan dealer yang tersebar di beberapa kota besar di Indonesia.

Diikuti 12 APM yang ada di Indonesia, Mitsubishi, Honda, Isuzu, Nissan, Daihatsu, Ford, Toyota, Mazda, KIA, Suzuki, Chevrolet dan Hyundai.

Survey dilakukan terhadap 3179 pemilik kendaraan yang menerima kendaraan barunya dalam rentang waktu Februari 2010 – Mei 2011, dan telah membawa kendaraan mereka untuk ke bengkel atau dealer resmi antara bulan Agustus 2011 – Mei 2011. Hasil penelitian ini kemudian diolah antara bulan Februari dan Mei 2012.

Tingkat kepuasan pembeli mobil baru terhadap proses layanan purna jual diuji melalui kinerja jaringan dealer dalam lima kriteria yaitu: pendaftaran servis, petugas servis, fasilitas servis, pengambilan mobil dan kualitas servis.

Mitsubishi kembali meraih peringkat tertinggi selama dua tahun berturut-turut (2011 dan 2012), dengan nilai 750. Mitsubishi melakukan empat dari dari lima kriteria, yaitu pendaftaran service, petugas service, pengambilan mobil dan kualitas service
Honda menduduki peringkat kedua dengan nilai 748, dan terbaik dalam melakukan fasilitas service.

Di peringkat ketiga ditempati oleh Isuzu dengan nilai 745. Sementara Nissan dan Daihatsu menyusul di posisi keempat dan kelima dengan nilai 743 dan 742.

Toyota yang pada tahun 2011 berada di peringkat kedua, melorot di urutan ke tujuh. (DP/ CUP)

Sekedar crita masa lalu di daerah (Sulawesi Utara), taun 99-2000an ada temen punya Dan Gan GTI, selalu mengeluh tiap kali rusak trobel, diler Mitsu Manado sangat lama datangin parts. Padahal di taun 99 2000 Dan Gan blom mobil yg tua2 amat yah..

Diler Mitsu Manado dipegang konglomerasi Bosowa Group. Ironis.

Anak muda gak tahu jaman pra-internet, bos. Kalau sekarang langsung buka ebay aja, harusnya gak ada sukucadang yg sulit.

Kemarin temen bangun 504, lampu belakang dari Madagaskar, lampu depan dari Israel, mesin dari Perancis, printilan dari Belanda. Semuanya ori dan baru gres.
