Kapan mulai turun mesin

Tolong donk informasi mengenai kapan harus mulai turun mesin untuk setiap jenis motor, baik bebek dan motor jenis lain. Kalo bisa untuk semua jenis merek.

Semuanya tergantung atas batas keausan yang direkomendasi pabrik. Misalnya celah liner dengan piston maksimum ... mm. Berarti jika telah melewati batas tersebut diwajibkan ganti.

Hal ini relatif juga, kalau yang punya motor ini tidak merasakan perbedaan keausan pada piston tersebut. Kadang berpikiran masih bagus, atau dilihat dengan mata masih halus goresannya sedikit. Tapi sebenarnya pabrik sudah menganjurkan ganti. Karena pada nantinya akan mempengaruhi kerja komponen lainnya.

Misalnya ring dan pistonnya aus, kadang kala dianggap cuman berpengaruh pada suara dan tenaga motor menurun (kalo merasakan). Padahal gerakan piston naik turun terganggu karena bergetar (kocak). Sehingga menggores pada silinder atau memperdalam goresan.

boleh ikutan nimbrung nggak ???? kalo menurut saya, kendaraan kita perlu turun mesin waktu kita udah ngerasa udah banyak banget trouble di kendaraan kita. Yang gampang, banfingin aja sama kendaraan sejenis, kalo bisa sih sama yang tahun keluarannya sama juga......

Untuk mesin 4 tax, check aja oli mesin. Kalo ada indikasi berkurangnya lumayan banyak berarti mesti turun mesin. Rata2 sih antara 5-10 thn, karena kendaraan di desain untuk mencapai titik nol saat 10 tahun.

Kang, kalo olienya bocor dari packing doang masak harus turun mesin sih ?

Bisa saja dilihat dari beberapa indikator, untuk 4 tak:

-Knalpot keluar asap (berwarna putih) menandakan adanya oli yang terbakar akibat oli naik ke ruang bakar kecuali ketika servis kadang knalpot di beri oli akan mengeluarkan asap putih. Meskipun oli yang keluar sedikit, tapi itu menendakan ring, piston, dengan silindernya tidak rapat lagi.

-Suara mesin kurang halus, ngelitik, dan tenaganya drop. Karena pembakaran tidak sempurna dan banyaknya timbunan arang (akibat oli) menyebabkan mesin akan ngelitik. Akibat kompresinya sudah bocor tenaganya menjadi drop.

Untuk 2 tak:

-Paling mudah dideteksi dari suaranya, suaranya kasar dan tenaganya drop. Tapi untuk 2 tak lebih baik di lihat keausannya, sebab bagaimanapun juga 2 tak akan menimbulkan deposit (kerak). Meskipun ada goresan halus pada dinding silinder tidak masalah, selama celah antara dinding dan piston tidak terlalu banyak (melewati batas keausan).

Blok silinder di lepas kan????
Kalo gear box? gak dilepas juga gapapa kan?
na kalo packing blok silinder bocor yaa bloknya mesti dicopot dunk :P

turun mesin:
seluruh unit mesin harus dicopot dari rangka/frame
kop silinder dilepas
blok mesin dilepas
tutup magnet dan rumah kopling dilepas( kiri dan kanan )
crankcase yg menjadi satu dengan gearbox dibelah/dibuka
setelah dibuka gigi prensneling stang piston dan crankshaft bisa dicopot........

Yup bener..... kalo setang pistonnya juga kena, mesin harus dibelah.

hhehe turun mesin tuh kalo motor kita emnag bener bener rusak dalamnya makannya itu kudu turun mesin tapi kalo yg rusak cuman carburatornya doank mah kaga usah pake turun mesin tuh ehehhe

Boleh aja sih bung Anjas tapi itu kondisinya kalo lagi kursus jadi montir motor baru deh iseng suka naik turunin mesin, kalo buat kita yg karyawan mah itu namanya iseng banget kecuali emang lagi ada masalah dan enggak punya budget sama sekali apaboleh buat haru sturun tangan buka mesin sendiri dijamin deh paling cepet setenga hari baru beres nuruninya aja loh kalo pasang sih harus ada temenya apalagi kalo mesin 4 tak yg 150 cc ke atas.

tangki bensin kemasukan air begitu bung Vande......atau blok mesin bawah dan kenalpot pernah kerendem air.....
