Yamaha Zigma

Keluh kesah yamaha sigma, bisa tolong?
saya pakai yamaha sigma (beli baru) setiap kali mo pakai motor, start mesin susah sekali. Sudah di cuke mesin hidup lalu di gas sedikit mesin mati dan mesin tidak bisa stasioner. celakanya jika udah bisa jalan saat perpindahan gigi (tutup gas) mesin mati jadi harus buka gas sedikit. apa benar ring piston? jet? spuyer?........ Sudah berulang kali ke bengkel yamaha, hanya dibersihkan kaburatornya aja tetapi sakitnya tidak sembuh tuh. Semua part belum pernah ada yang ganti oli pakai casterol. Mohon saran-saran dari rekan-rekan, thx's

mmhh ngomong2 yamha sigmanya tahun berap tuh, oh ya waktu servis di yamha mangnya mas ngga kasih info ke teknisinya soal keluhan yg terjadi sama motor sigmannya

ya ammpuuuuuuuuunnnnn sigma itu mesinya sama dengan yamaha alfa .....dah kunau banyak bermasalah sebaiknya dijual saja ,saya tidak bermaksud mengecilkan,tapi dari pengalaman motor ini kelihatanya cukup banyak masalah,heranya zaman yamaha alfa sampe alfaIIr gak begitu bermasalah...setelah jadi sigma barulah timbul masalah...
sekarang jamanya 4 tak pak............kalo masih pake 2tak repot...

Sedikit saran, setelah mati segera buka busi, kalo kering berarti setelan angin kebesaran
kalo basah ama bensin berarti angin kurang
kalo basah ama bensin berarti setelan oli samping kebesaran.

KAlo mesti di choke berarti kurang bensin, bisa di bersihin spuyer stasionernya/pilot jet. Trus jarumnya bisa dipindahin pada posisi paling bawah.
Packing karburator ama manifold diperiksa kali aja bocor jadi angin berlebih.
Trus coba gak pake filter udara, klo oks berarti filternya udah gak oks...mending ganti.
Check juga filter bensin, kali aja mampet so bensin gak lancar turunnya.
Jangan lupa ukur setelan pelampung.....kalo gak pas yaa gejalanya sama

banyak amat yah, eksperimen aja....motor 2 tak gampang kok. Saya sering eksperimen dengan Alfa IIR saya.

sigma tahun 1999 dua tak, dulu belinya keadaan baru.
terkhusus untuk bung deanz, saya akan coba tipsnya dan ekperimens.
untuk 4 tak, sebenarnya saya ingin mencoba tossa optima, sepertinya spek pabrik oke punya tapi gak tahu di road.

Kalu daku buwat naro barang2 belanjaan.... Lumayan juga. Muat pelembut cucian 4 sachet refill yg sedeng, sabun mandi 5 biji, ama sabun colek 2 pak..

Kalau karburator dan pengapian gak masalah, kemungkinan datang dari katup membrannya(reed valve). pasti tarikan juga ngedrop n susah stasioner. reed valve gak berarti rusak, bisa jadi kotor. Mbongkarnya mudah kok, lepas aja intakenya (bukan manifold lo, manifold tu istilah buat intake yang bercabang, kayak di mobil) langsung diambil reed valvenya.
Biar sip, tiap 2x ganti oli mesin (6000 km) buka kepala silinder, bersihin kerak kepala silinder n piston, juga kerak di leher knalpot. kalo oli samping bagus,keraknya dikit. bukanya gampang kok, cuma 4 baut, gak pake lama.Paking kepala silinder jg bisa dipake lagi, asal gk tergores (sebaiknya diberi sealer khusus). buka knalpot juga mudah, cuma 2 baut n satu mur besar di sambungan knalpot (gak usah dilepas semua). :e-dance:
