Biasa oli mesin yg digunakan utk fleet Bus & Truk itu umumnya apa yah

SAE 40 ?

SAE 15W40 API CF-4 ?

SAE 15W40 API CI-4 ?

Coba kasih input om turbo, perusahaan Wa jasa angkutan alat berat / heavy equipment. Fleet ada sekitar 25 unit all Japs,
- Mits Fuso FV SG series (Japan CBU) import 2010
- New Hino FM260JW 2016-2017

Semua pakai Meditran SX plus SAE 15W-40 API CI-4 baru keluar sekitar 2 tahun klo ga salah.
(Dulu sampai 2015 pakai yg SX biasa API CH-4)

Sampai saat ini sih cukup oke, engine halus, pelumasan ke turbo intercooler jg baik, sampai saat ini yg unit bekas jepang plus disiksa disini hampir 8 tahun belum pernah turun mesin atau kena komponen turbo.

Dengar dengar PO Bus AKAP executive yg armada Mercy, Scania, Volvo juga sudah pakai yg SX+ ini karena sdh full approved dari manufaktur mesin mesin tsb.

Mau coba merk lain ga berani soalnya ini truk beban dan untuk keperluan produktif, jadi terlalu beresiko. Dulu unit Hino baru 3 bulan jalan pernah jebol mesin tanjakan sitinjau padang, engine total loss, claim warranty ke pabrikan setelah engine dicek dan oli di dlm mesin dibawa ke lab diverifikasi kondisi oli dan merk jenis oli , claim diapprove. Ganti 1 set engine block J08E utuh. Kawan pernah kejadian yg sama pas trial oli baru dr europe, distributor resmi, ditolak claimnya. Si pabrikan oli mau cover tapi cuma setengah, ya sudah kapoklah.

klo bus biasanya pakai drum. saya pernah denger salah satu PO di sini pakainya total rubia cuma gak tau viskositasnya brp. kalo elf di tempat kerja pake meditran sx bio

Yup.. meditran sx sepengalaman saya termasuk paling populer buat truk bus.. paling tidak di merk mitsubishi..

Mesin bus Mercy OH Series biasa pake SAE 40, butuh sekitar 25-28 liter.
1995 - Toyota Great Corolla SEG 1.6 M/T
2013 - Toyota Grand New Kijang Innova G 2.5 M/T
2016 - Honda CRV 2.0 M/T

Terakhir buat LUV taun 82 saya sih dikasi Shell Rimula R4X. Mesin emang jadi rada halus sih sama stasioner

Wa blm pernah lihat om, mgkin dikeluarkan hny utk segmen fleet, jadinya drum only. Kalau retail diarahkan di sx / sx bio yg ch 4, klo kurang ya naik ke fastron diesel.

Wa dibisikin dr distributor Wa klo sbnrnya SX plus ini ya fastron diesel versi bulk, cm ga dilabelin spy ga merusak brand image fastron series. SAE nya sama, parameter lain jg sama, tp sebaiknya monggo master analisa pelumas yg bicara. :big_smile]

Di kantor pakek toyota dyna 2013 engine W04D-TP 110 ps, low mileage
Spek di dyna syarat API CI-4, minimal CF-4
15W-40 dan 5W-30 bisa

Kapasitas oli Pake filter 8.9 L
no filter 7.5 L

waktu jaman2 masih garansi
dyna di beres di kasih castrol GTX 15W40 API CH-4 paling bapuk
fastron diesel-> nguap parah. 5000 km di dipstick level low

Garansi abis coba ganti ke shell R4X-> biasa aja
sekarang lagi coba aisin 15W40 API CI-4-> katanya paling enak. udah 4000 km+ (7 bulan) level oli belom turun (lagi diskon parah waktu itu di blibli, 390 ribu dapet 12 Liter :D

Drain pengennya lebih dari 5000 km max 9 bulan
Mau coba Medos 700 15W40, tapi speknya bikin rancu, nungguin spec sheet dari distributor dulu.
pas browsing TBN nya >11, tapi kok di website indo tulisannya cuma 9,4
Pengennya cari spek API CI-4 TBN>10, JASO DH-1, ACEA E7
Alternatif lain mentok di Delvac MX

Oli mantap sangat penting, dulu pernah pengalaman jadi engineer di Volvo truck.

Delvac MX mau butuh brp banyak di Brenntag ada stok kok

mau Pail & Drum 208 L

coba aja 1 truk Volvo ADT kelas 45 Ton kalo ganti oli mesin bisa 40 - 50 L

Produk exxon mobil kayaknya laris mulai dari grease sampe lubricant di heavy duty
Dulu ada Volvo customer punya 25 biji FH16 550 Hp
Satu biji ganti oli 42 L πŸ˜‚
Drain tiap 500Hr, pemakaian per hari 20 jam. Ga sampe sebulan ganti oli.
oli OEM nya sering di tes biar tembus drain 550 hour untuk saving πŸ€ͺ. Standar oli VDS-3
Bawa muatan 140 ton+. Total sama dua biji trailer nya 210 ton
Cust indo terkenal sampe headquarter sebagai the best truck abuser πŸ’ͺ

Kalo buat logistic si lookman djaja sampe tes delvax mx esp yang notabene di hino ranger buat euro 4-5 biar bisa drain di 20000 km.

Betul gan jangan lupa volume carter oli. Lalu Truk eropa rata2 ada tingkatan pemakaian:
Normal, severe, very severe

Misal normal itu 20k, severe berarti 10k, very severe 5k
Mestinya cust di Indo selalu di ingatkan bahwa keadaan pemakaian mesin tiap mobil beda
Yang ane tau boil mitsu ada di service manual tentang operation condition, antara normal dan severe.
Toyodai nggak ada (cmiiw)
Chevrolet nggak ada
Tau deh yang lain (?)
