padahal ane baru rencana mau bikin bentuk porting seperti itu,,,eh ternyata pas buka knalpot dpt kejutan dari BAJAJ,,,

MANTABBB....
tinggal buka restrictor di knalpot ama karbu maknyussss....
apalagi naek kompresi ya.... :mrgreen:



Bentuk intake port Kotak,, sori gak ada pic, gak sempet poto... :ungg:
dimensi 23,5mm x 32mm.
Diameter leher knalpot 29mm
Diameter klep in 31mm
diameter klep out 27mm



So buat temen2 yg mau PnP,,,, kayaknya gak perlu PnP di Pulsar200...
Polishing aja bagian exhaust sampe licinnnn...

Gw udah pake 2 bulan lebih.
Hasil yg gw dapet (objektif niy):

1. Konsumsi BBM tidak ada perubahan yg siginifikan, krn gw pasti catet odometer sm angka pom bensin. malah pasti gw foto2 segala biar ga lupa.
Tes pertama: 187.3 KM : 5,32 L = 35,2 KM/L
Tes kedua : 645,2 KM : 17,732 L = 36,3862 KM/L
So...hasil masih dibilang ga jauh beda dgn sebelum pake. Ada peningkatan efisiensi cuma masih sangat kecil.
Kalo dibilang boros di PIBO ane ya??? Ntar dulu
tiap hari gw kena 3 tanjakan yg cukup curam di Smg krn gw kerja di area Smg atas (sedang rumah di Smg bawah). Kemiringan tanjakan antara 15-45 derajat dlm jarak yg cukup panjang pula. Apakah itu bisa dibilang boros?hehehehehehe...resiko pekerjaan lah :big_peace:
Ane bukan tipe racer yg maen di putaran atas. Sering maen di kisaran 6000 RPM and dapetin hasil optimal karena karakter Smg sudah mulai stop anda go plus tanjakan2 yg dahsyat!

2. Kalo bar graph di Pulsar menururt gw, GA JAMIN ITU ALAT UKUR YANG BENAR. Itu hanya INDIKATOR mas bro :big_peace:

3. Kondisi busi justru kering di tengah. Gw justru setuju sm pendapat Hanx. Sapa tau memang benar lbh advance saat RPM bawah. Pake premium gpp koq. Justru dulu pas belum pake reaktor sering pake Premium + Griffone Hot Pil. Sering dapet kondisi kering dan coklat! Ideal kan? Itu gara2 Griffone-nya kaleee... :upss:

4. Mesin berisik? Nggak gw temuin bro. Masih seperti biasanya. Ga ada perubahan sama sekali. Berisik siapa tau dari stelan klepnya bro :frm_tumbleft:

klo diterusin digas terus, bisa bolong sehernya... :big_slap:
isa karena terlalu miskin bensin bisa jg timing pengapian terlalu maju, ato bisa jg kompresi terlalu gede.

Klo kompresi terlalu gede (biasanya di rpm rendah) -> pre-ignition
klo timing terlalu maju -> post ignition,

sama2 detonasi, cuman beda waktu jika dibanding timing pengapian aja... dan sama2 LETHAL... :roll: :frm_snipper: :frm_snipper: :frm_shock:

masih mending klo over heat bisa kerasa, dan ngadem, klo tiba2 seher bolong piye jal?? :off_sleep:
ato stang seher patah, ato klep yg patah,,,, weleh2...

makanya ati2 ama timing.. tiap kali modif di bagian PENGAPIAN, harus selalu cek busi untuk ricek keadaan mesin motor.
Kayak ane kemaren, ganti koil gado2, bagian busi tengah ane putih bgt,,,, abis liat,, langsung pasang limiter di tangan,,hehe,, gak lebih dari 7000rpm,,, klo dipaksa >9000rpm 1 menit mungkin dah wasalam...
sekarang dah gedein MJ, udah adem lg...:)




oya, klo mau cek Busi,,,,usahakan tanpa memakai Octane Booster apapun bentuknya,....!
kemaren ane sebelum naik MJ, pake 1 pil top1 buat 4 liter (di tangki ada 10literan),, warna busi merahhh total,, padahal harusnya putih di tengah.. di pinggir malah agak item harusnya.

jd OB bisa mengelabui bacaan busi...

Btw, aku dah pake free flow, iridium dan koil YZ125 dgn cdi std. Mana yg lbh enak, Cdi sdt + reaktor ato Brt? Mgkn bro hanx dan laenya bs bantu?

klo pake reaktor harusnya sih konsumsi bensin bisa lebih irit yah?
khan torsi max bisa didapet di rpm bawah, jd ga perlu maen rpm tinggi.. kya honda jazz i-dsi yg irit karena torsi max nya bisa didapet di rpm rendah.. cmiiw..
