yang bagus water based... aman... licinnya mantap....
banyak merk2 ternama disini...

tapi kalo lebih bagus lagi, yang alamiah... dengan aroma dan kelicinan yang khas.. mau high speed atau low speed.. ayo aja... tapi ente harus sabar untuk menghasilkan pelumas alamiah ini... :ngacir:

om noke, kalo celah2nya sudah longar, ada beberapa alternatif..
1. perkecil celah.. gak perlu overhaul.. yang penting bisa melakukan gerakan rapat-renggang... coba silinder di bekukan, trus dipanasi.. dibekukan lagi..
2. perbesar yang masukin celah.. kalo udah mentok, banyak cara tambahan.. dari yang modern hingga tradisional.

Akhirnya turun mesin jg. Ternyata mobil yg sy beli udah oversize sampe mentok. Pantesan bisa kenceng kyk kemaren. Karena udah mentok, akhirnya dibalikin standard lagi. Sekarang masih inreyen kyk mesin baru aja. Ga tau deh performa aslinya. Kyknya sih pasti turun... Cuma suara mesin jadi halus...

kurang ngerti apakah dilas atau tidak. kalo block nya belum ada liner, perlu dibikin dudukan aja ya. karena kan blok akan tahan oleh cyl head dan karter. cmiiw.

Ga ngerti juga. katanya sih tambal daging. Soalnya yg ngerjain khan bengkel bubut. Sy mah cuma liat jadinya. Kalu ga diperhatikan bener2 ga keliatan ada penambalan daging. Yg jelas pakai bahannya yg sama dgn bloknya, yaitu aluminium.

Cuma jeroannya banyak juga yg diganti... mahal boo... :ungg:

karena kalo sudah resize silinder, kudu ganti piston, ring kompresi dan ring oli, metal2 lainnya...
biasanya sih satu set ginian bisa 4-10jt.
lebih oke lagi sekalian packing2 dan kopling... makin bolong deh kantong... :big_peace:

mesin bensin juga sama saja...kalo udah mentok oversize maka lubang silindernya dipasang liner supaya ukuran pistonnya kembali std, ada beberapa merek mbl yang linernya sudah siap pakai/dijual di pasaran, namun banyak jg yang mesti dibikin dulu di bengkel bubut....

ini bukan di ganti liner ny ya om,kirain tambal daging yang ada di tambahhin apa gitu bukan di ganti liner baru hehheheheheh :D

mesin bensin juga sama saja...kalo udah mentok oversize maka lubang silindernya dipasang liner supaya ukuran pistonnya kembali std, ada beberapa merek mbl yang linernya sudah siap pakai/dijual di pasaran, namun banyak jg yang mesti dibikin dulu di bengkel bubut....
kak pembina, jadi liner ini dapat digunakan untuk memperbaiki celah2 yang sudah longgar ya? :ungg:

bener bgt... sparepartnya aja abis 4 jtan. ganti piston, ring piston, packing set, metal jalan & duduk, seal2, water pump, sampe engine mounting (patah satu). kalu kopling udah ganti sebelumnya. jadi masih bagus.

ini blum termasuk ongkos bubut dan ongkos bengkelnya...

om anjas, kalo ane sih mikirnya daripada beli mobil baru yang perlu dana tambahan (kalo tuker tambah) sekitar 20-50jt, mending nyegerin mobil lama.. tinggal hitung2 aja biaya perbaikannya. :big_peace:

oh ya, nanti report hasilnya setelah inreyen ya om.. performa dan kehalusan mesin...

oh ya, olinya pake mineral setelah overhaul?

Ganti mobil berarti pengetahuan baru Om. Rencananya paling gak 2 taun lagi ganti lg..

Udah 2 hari diajak kerja. Hari pertama rute lumayan jauh jg. Dari ciledug ke ancol trus ke jurumudi, ke ancol lagi baru ke ciledug. Hari kedua rute lebih jauh lagi. Dari ciledug ke kelapa gading, trus ke jatake (tangerang), trus ke kelapa gading lagi, baru ke ciledug.

Hasilnya bensin berasa cepet abis. Hehehe.... Jaraknya memang jauh jg sih. Tp sepertinya ada stelan yg bikin boros. Cuma susah jg ya nahan kaki. Biasa gas poll, utk sementara harus setengah doank. Tapi segitu aja tetep dapet 155km/jam (pas turunan di tol cengkareng). Hehehe....

Jujur... pegel banget nahan pedal gas... :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:
