Toyota FT-86 II Concept to become reality in 2012
Under the bonnet is a 2.0-liter four-cylinder Subaru engine, which was slightly modified. That engine is coupled to a manual six-speed gearbox, but for certain markets there will be a machine available. The power would amount to about 200 horses, but final figures are not yet known. The basic model would in any case in about seven seconds to sprint from standstill to 100, definitely not bad.

Rencananya harganya akan sekitar USD 25-30 ribu di sono, alias cuman seharga Freed di Indonesia. Kasian ya kita....mobil mahal, jalanan bonyok. Untung sate padang murah

yang Scion itu "FT 86 III" sih sebenarnya

namanya Scion FR-S

Dimulai dari konsep FT 86 I di tahun 2009, ini mobil udah facelift 3x padahal masih tahap konsep.

btw ini "new celica" atau "new levin/trueno"...?
AFAIK..icon celica yg kondang adalah penggerak AWD (GT4)....salah satu legenda rally, kecuali celica yg versi akhir2 ini itumah malah dihilangkan kesaktiannya.

Kalo liat dari namanya (Future Toyota-86) sih penerus AE86 (trueno), jadi mungkin next Celica kurang tepat. Tapi ntah lah nantinya gimana, bisa aja jadi Celica kalo mereka mau...

jadi saya rasa itu mobil yg sama.. bukan begitu om FM??

Iya lama...sebulan yg lalu

Yg ane posting yg baru nongol kemaren. Di Amerika memang akan di cap Scion - seperti kata si villanova, itu sebenernya FT-86 III...tapi karena nongolnya di auto show Amerika (dimana ini mobil nanti akan jadi Scion, bukan Toyota)...namanya pake Scion FR-S.

Bentuknya lain kok...perhatikan detail2nya - a big improvement menurut ane.

antara Mk2 dan Mk3, kalo diperhatiin bedanya di Body Kit, overall.. dr lampu dpn & blkng, lekuk body scra keseluruhan.. sama, n yg jelas beda ya Velg-nya.

Honestly, its only between Mk1 and Mk3

The reason why Mk3 keluar hanya 1 bulan setelah Mk2, its because Mk2 sucks so bad

Make sense toh ? karena MK2 itu asli bener2 menor, masak lampu kabut kayak di bedazzled gitu.
