Mbah nanya dung...kl ngeluarin piston dari kaliper rem motor. Itu 1 piston aja yg berhasil keluar. 1 piston lagi macet, mau ditarik pake tang dilapis majun takut baret. Ada cara lain kah? Pencet tuas rem sdh ngga bs krn minyak rem sdh habis setelah 1 piston keluar.

Owh tetep mesti didorong sama tuas rem ya. Itu baut megang throttle body emg musti hajar brapa torsi yah
Si hrv ta hajar 30 Nm gapapa
Lahh si inofa hajar 20Nm aj lgs patah d dalem, untung masi bsa d puter pake tangan, malesin banget kl ga, musti kuarin hand tap and die set

mau bantu jawap walopun bukan mbah ono...
hondut kan pake mur baut model rambo, jadi kuat.
lha bangsa inofa swift masdut, itu drat didalem dicor ama plastik model cengeng... maksimal 20 nm dowang. kadang 18 nm juga udah mewek plastiknya.

biar deviasi antar bautnya ga terlalu besar mbah. mirip ngencengin baut roda atau cyl head. sebetulnya semakin banyak step semakin bagus. tp kl 22Nm dibagi 10 step itu namanya OCD.

kompresor udah nyala belum, mbah dekan? jangan lupa semprot silicon spray (sy pake merk wd40 spesialist) dr kedua lubang intake nya.
kl ane punya dulu itu tutup cyl head nya kurang kenceng n ga rata mbah. ane kendorin semua trus torque ke 6Nm atau 7Nm kl ga salah. 3x step soalnya ada 6 baut L itu per silinder.
tp jgn lah, barang baru ntar kenapa2 ane kena salahin lagi

Noken motor, menerima kampakan mesin, delko, motor starter, spion, juga serpis power window, stel deksel, onderstel, gulung spul dinamo, juga doorsmeer
Trus d depan nya ud berdiri beberapa kenek2 pake baju montir lusuh tulisan STP , 77 gede2, sambil berdiri tengah jalan maksa mobil2 liwat utk masuk bengkel

jangan ngaku asemreges kalo gitu dowang nyerah...
nih,
1. oles permukaan TB yang nempel ke intake pake silikon. tipis dan rata.
2. setelah 10 menit, tempelin ke intake manifold, iket kawat yang kuat.
3. sambil nunggu silikon kering, aduk lem epoksi, leletin ke sekeliling TB yang nempel ke manifold.
4. tunggu 24 jam.
5. start mesin.
