BMW IMPROVES VALUE FOR 2005 MODELS
Suggested Retail Prices (MSRP) For All BMW Models Are Announced

BMW of North America recently announced product updates and pricing for the 2005 model year. The entire 2005 BMW model range has been enhanced with newly standard equipment and features, reaffirming BMW’s commitment to building increased value across all Series.

All 3 Series Sedan, Coupe and Sports Wagon models are now equipped with the power moonroof as standard. The power top is now standard for the 325Ci Convertible, joining the 330Ci Convertible. Also on the 330Ci Convertible, many of the features from the Premium Package are now standard resulting in a very high level of standard equipment.

The 525i receives larger 17-inch Star Spoke cast-alloy wheels as standard equipment, replacing the previously standard 16-inch wheels. New standard Poplar Grain wood trim, formerly part of the Premium Package, enhances both the 525i and 530i models.

In fact, wood interior trim is now standard on most models, contributing luxury and value to many base models. Optional aluminum and alternate wood trims are also available at no charge.

Park Distance Control and Adaptive Headlights are now standard on all V8 models, including the 545i, 645Ci, 645Ci Convertible, 745i, 745Li, X5 4.4i and X5 4.8is.

Fog lights are now standard across all BMW models.

Automatic Climate Control is now standard across all BMW models, with the exception of the Z4 Roadster 2.5i. Cruise control is now standard on the Z4 2.5i.

All 2005 models are available (as an option or accessory) with SIRIUS satellite radio, known for delivering the very best in commercial-free music and premium audio entertainment. BMW Assist, which conveniently delivers both occupant security and premium concierge services to enhance the BMW driving experience, is available for all models.

Saya rasa sih gak bakalan deh klo di Indo, paling dikasih penambahan spec,aksesoris, bonus. jarang ada istilah turun harga di indo , kecuali udah mau discontinue......

Kalau di tanah air, jalan satu2nya bagi BMW untuk memangkas harga ya dibikin versi CKD nya. Seri 530i versi CKD sekarang ini lebih murah 100 juta dibandingkan versi CBU nya. Untuk 520i jauh lebih murah lagi (kisaran 680 jutaan OTR).

Ya kalo bisa dipangkas lagi deh ! Masih kemahalan tuh ... N kalo BMW kasih murah, smoga pabrikan Eropa lainnya spt MB, AUDI n Jag juga ikut pangkas hrg !

karena BMW udah pegang 41% pasaran boil mewah di indo.. kalo belum laku pasti banting harga

Kalian realize engga kalo X5 yg 4.6 telah di-discontinue dan diganti dengan yg 4.8? Sebelumnya kan X5 hanya ada 4.6 sbg mesin terpowerfulnya.

Bisa jadi the reason BMW sekarang men-offer yg 4.8 instead of 4.6, mungkin antara 4.6 dengan 4.4 itu terlalu dekat, sehingga 4.4 men-canibalize penjualan 4.6.

BMW mahal sesuai kualitas dan image. Kalo kita pake bi-em trus image jadi naik, kalo mau parkir di hotel atau mal2 tertentu suka di kasih parkir deket lobby, cobain deh! tapi konsekuensinya maintenance-nya ribet soalnya mesinnya lebih rewel dibanding Mercy apalagi sparepart BMW lebih mahal dibanding Mercy jadi tambah sengsara kalo kita gak hobby otomotif yg punya duit lebih. Tapi overall, it's ok

BMW sekarang jauh lebih reliable daripada Mercedes, kualitas Mercedes sekarang ini cuma setara Opel, salah satu produsen mobil Eropa yg memiliki image kualitas terburuk.
