rada susah difoto nya bro soalnya ntuh posisi nya ketutupan mesin dan masi ditutup / di cover pake penahan panas pula... ane coba cari gambar nya via inet aja dulu dehh...

disitu dijelasin koq kalo posisi intake nya livina itu malah di depan dan posisi exhaust outlet nya malah di blakang mesin (yg dkeet ama firewall)...

boleh juga nih dicoba, 2 size larger... mengecil 14derajat. efeknya apa ya? dibandingkan dengan all same size head to toe? :)

punya saya head to toe beda besarnya..tapi ngga sampai 2x dari head sih...
efeknya dari suara kenalpot tuh..suaranya jadi plong bgt..ada sring-sring gitu dari header...tapi klo untuk performance saya kurang tau..tapi seingat saya teman saya yang menggunakan header dengan same size head to toe agak sedikit terhambat terutama tarikan awalnya..(mobil sama dengan piggyback yang sama pula)

itulah yg pengen saya tanya, karena beda 2 size lebih besar itu kebayang kalo sudah pake 2,5inch artinya harus pake 5inch... mengecil 14derajat sekitar 3,5inch ya?kira2...
yg sy gunakan sekarang head to toe same size, sejauh ini sih oke... hanya bukan 4-1, melainkan 4-2-1. ada plan utk coba 4-1 dengan design yg berbeda. kayaknya bisa jadi pertimbangan nanti nya.

iya ya, klo pake 3,5 inch berarti besar sekali pipanya..ngalah-ngalahin hedernya truck donk..
saya rasa ini header untuk mobil race yang memang bukan untuk harian...

iya, kalo race sih pake sebesar2nya selama mesin masih mampu buang banyak... haha! tapi mungkin ada hitungan khusus kalo diatas 3,5inch.

up lagi ahh tret lama... SMers.. mo nanya donk bengkel knalpot yg bagus dan ga mahal, ane pengen betulin knalpot ipah ane nehh... kayanya ada yg ga beres soalnya kalo di gas bunyi nya kenceng dan plong banget gt, dan ini pun jg kayanya ngaruh ke FC ipah ane yg boros banget... waktu di cek di bengkel sehh kaga ada yg bolong atau keropos... cuman berasa aja gt suara nya kenceng pas lagi lari kenceng/ rpm tinggi , bahkan kadang2 bisa kluar suara2 kasar..

btw, kalo ane pengen ganti tabung tengah yg gede itu, trus ama 2 tabung kecil yg sblom ke tabung gede itu (entah apa namanya) mendingan pake ukuran brapa yahh.. itung2 biar pumping power bawah nya biar ga terlalu ngempos..

secara globalnya sih, kalo pengen mantep di rpm bawah pake 4-2-1, kalo rpm atas pake 4-1... kl mo suara mantep pake 4-1-2 :upss:

ada baiknya mengganti header dengan konfigurasi yang sama dengan bawaan pabrik, karena dengan perhitungan pabriklah lebih efisien untuk mencapai power maksimal di kendaraan itu.

FYI header itu sebenernya secondary setelah exhaust system (polishing).

Boss PenyuTurbo kemana yaaa... idealnya, jika beliau berhalangan utk aktif di thread ini, harusnya ada ahli knalpot yg mennggawangi thread penting ini... siapa ya yg bisa mengundang mas Odie (ORD) ? header dan full system exhaust rancangan beliau udah dikenal di kalangan pehobi drag race dan penggemar otosport....

bulan lalu ane order header ke ORD 4-2-1 bwt ngegusur bawaan gerobak ane,,buat butt-o-meter ane, lumayan terasa bedanya, untuk gigi-2 ama gigi-3 nafas jadi lebih panjang and plong, jadi di rpm bawah bwt kail torsi lebih enak,,mobil manual mesin 3sz-ve dah pada tau kan minus-minusnya,,hehe

Mengetahui knalpot bagus atau gak, kalau bagus pasti minta stel ECU. Kalau stelan standard aja gak mbrebet artinya ya gak ada perubahan. Susahnya stel ECU sering berarti pasang piggyback. Bahkan Subaru yg katanya mobil balap ternyata tidak gampang flash ECU.

Ini bagus dalam arti performa naik lho. Kalau cuma mau bagusin penampilan atau suara ya gak serumit ini.

Makanya, terutama untuk pengendara Ninja FI, kudu hati2. Syukur kalau pasangnya knalpot yg keren seperti Akrapovic. Mereka sudah siapkan flash ECU, tinggal diupload ke motor kesayangan.

Ada yg bisa kasih masukan??

Kondisi saat ini mesin masih standart, hanya filter replacemnet dan hks silent bolt on.
