Kualitas after sales nissan emang buruk bgt ya?

Hi saya selama ini silent reader, di serya motor ini... Gue mau nanya2 ke para agan dan orang2 yangbudah pernah pake nissan sebelumnya. Gue baca2 disemua forum otomotif kok semuanabpada bilang beresnya nissan jelek bgt ya? Apa betul emang seperti itu. Gue kebetulan udah mau ngambil serena c26 setelah jual fortuner 2009 ane...

Fortuner gue kalo service ditoyota beresnya mantep bgt ga pernah complain. Kalo nissan kok semua orang pada bilang jelek bgt ya? Jadi ngeri gue beli merk NISSAN.

Tolong pencerahan agan2 semua thx

ah gak juga, tergantung beresnya, dulu ane pake nissan GL toh tempat service ada wifi gratis dan ada komplen langsung di kerjain/diganti partnya, tapi keputusan tepat tuh, serena baru mantap, fortuner dijual aja :big_peace:

ga semua... walaupun sperti yg TS uda blg...

" Gue baca2 disemua forum otomotif kok semuanabpada bilang beresnya nissan jelek bgt ya"

tp masi ada yg lumayan koq... beres nissan puri masi ckup bagus, mt haryono jg lumayan, duluu banget ane cobain sunter jg masi lumayan...

kalo yg kacau bin caur sehh nissan pluit dan PIK yahh.. kalo yg pluit ini SA nya yg plg "manusiawi" yah si armen, cuman kalo soal claim, parahh... ane punya claim masalah ac, corong bensin didiemin ama doi ampir sbulan lebih, itu jg karena ane telp dan kirim email ke nissan pusat baru doi kena semprul, kalo ga mah tetep aja d cuekin, tp kalo di telp muanis bener tuh bahasanya doi.. kalo yg PIK, no comment deh, scara komponen penggantian utk servis kopling aja SA nya ga tau... :frm_bang_head: :frm_bang_head:

Mungkin yang dibaca posting sebelum 2010, di mana penjualan Livina mulai banyak sehingga bengkelnya kewalahan order servisnya banyak. Saya pribadi udah 3 kali ganti bengkel resmi Nissan. Bukan karena pelayanan tidak memuaskan, tetapi bengkel baru dibuka dan makin lama makin dekat rumah. Ini bengkel terbaru malah cuma 500 m dari rumahku.

Yang mungkin perlu diperhatikan adalah suku cadang, di mana menurut saya sukucadang di Atrium dan pasar onderdil lain saya rasa harganya gak kompetitif terhadap yang dijual di bengkel resmi.

menurut ane sih cukup bagus ya kualitas after sales nissan..so far udah 1 taun pake GL & udah 3x balik service berkala (terakhir di 20rb bulan kemaren) ga ada yang mengecewakan..menurut ane minusnya cuma 1..snack di ruang tunggu service centernya ga sebanyak yang disedain service center atoyot..itu aja sih :mky_03: :ngacir:

Sebenernya yang udah hapal luar dalam perilaku aftersales person Nissan ya momod Klep.
Kalo ane baru sekali nyerpisin di bengkel resmi Nissan. Tepatnya di Nissan pulogadung yang deket pintu masuk kawasan itu.

Sejauh pengalaman ane sih engga buruk buruk amat. Yang bikin ngeselin sebenernya adalah mutu produknya itu sendiri.
Berhubung mobil GL yang diserpisin adalah mobil kantor, yaa mau ga mau, serpisnya kudu di bengkel resmi.

Serpis di KM 120.000, biaya jasa nya doank, jauh diatas biaya jasa bengkel resmi kompetitornya untuk kend selevel Grand Livina.
Belum lagi komponen kaki kakinya yang udah babak belur..Mahal banget..

Satu jawaban yang paling ngeselin dari seorang SA adalah,"Emang udah aslinya begitu pak."

ane servis di beres nissan sunter hilang tuh tutup tangki wiper bro
akhirnya cari sendiri di bengkel deket rumah tutupnya tapi dapet yg KW. mahal pulak :e-wall:

tapi msh mending beres nissan ada standarnya
ga kyk beres suzuki ada yg tampilannya bagus ada yg gembel
kemaren abis servis di beres 2S suzuki deket rumah tampilannya kyk beres jama 90an :wkkk:

selama 2 tahun pake livina sejauh ini servisnya nggak pernah masalah sih. beres yg pernah digunakan jasanya cuma 2, satu di warung buncit, satu di palembang. keduanya nggak masalah. kebetulan hanya servis rutin dan nggak pernah melakukian klaim jd nggak punya pengalaman susahnya klaim. kalau boleh pilih sih gw akan pilih yg susah klaimnya tp ga pernah klaim (artinya kualitas/reliabilitasnya OK) daripada mudah klaimnya tp sering klaim. hanya saja kalau ada yg gampang klaimnya dan ga pernah klaim pasti lebih mak nyos lagi..... :off_good_job:

disini masalahnya mmg ttg ekspektasi. toyota mmg customer satisfaction nya msh slh satu yg terbaik, di kelas populasi bejibun. artinya, klo di produsen lain maka akan sangat berpeluang mendptkan aftrrsales dibwah ekspektasinya itu.

jd jika ada sediikit saja ketakutan akan pelayanannya, ya sudah lbh baik mundur saja bukan? problem solved. apa masalahnya?

Iya kayaknya 2 kali servis di beres Nisan, yang pertama waktu 1k di jogja dan yang ke-2 di puri so far nyaman-nyaman saja tuh... apalagi beres puri buka sampai jam 9 malam... jadi datang jam 5 sore juga masih di layani, setelah masuk, langsung di tinggal ke Puri buat nonton di 21, selesai nonton balik ke bengkel, mobil sudah ready di ambil... :mky_08:

pernah ngalamin 1x servis yg sedikit menjengkelkan
waktu t30 ane bunyi dengung kalo jalan diatas 80km/h

waktu dilaporin, SA langsung ngecek fisik muter2 mobil
begitu liat ban pake Toyo
langsung nuduh tuh ban ga standart yg bikin dengung
dalem hati ane dongkol banget
langsung setengah ngomel, ban standartnya jauh lebih jelek tauk... ini toyo lebih soft n ngegrip n silent!

baru deh dia mau ngecek yg lain bongkar2
setelah 1 jam masih dibilang ga ada yg salah
trus ane tanya dah di cek bearingnya blom?
baru deh dia cek, buset pikir ane drtd ngapain ajah kerjanya
n ternyata bener itu dr bearingnya :frm_bang_head:

Hah? Nissan PIK dan pluit parah? Dulu sih kagak yah, itu waktu tahun 2008 awal sampai saya jual GL tahun 209 akhir km 45 ribu, saya jual soalnya sempit, banyak masalah, dan kalau ada tanjakan dikit, langsung harus gigi 1 terus itu pun ngeden, pokoknya torsinya rata abis dah tuh mobil, oh yah ane punya dulu GL 1.5 xv a/t. Dulu sih ane komplen apapun semua langsung diganti dan tidak dipungut bayaran tuh. Mungkin skrg dah pada beda semua yah orang2nya, atau mungkin skrg dah keteteran saking banyaknya model2 mobil nissan skrg

BeRes-nya sih not bad

Cuman mmg harga parts aslinya yaa gitu dehhh

Trus kadang ada bbrp parts kalo beli mesti 1 gelondong alias assy, gak dijual terpisah.

Untungnya utk type2 popular di luaran banyak parts OE nya, harganya jauh lebih terjangkau, bahkan parts2 Kw-nya juga ada.

Kalo soal SA yg "sok tehu" / "salah diagnosa" sih ini umum terjadi di BeRes mana aja, ini soal kualitas individu ybs.

Menurut consumer advocate orang Jepang ini, toyota di Jepang lebih lihai lagi :

Nissan sunter kampret kali....

untuk klaim shock aja, udah bilang ini shock masih bagus tanpa bongkar. Setelah email ke nissan pusat, baru ditelpon suruh cek ke bengkel lagi. Abis dibongkar baru ketauan dah mati shocknya dan diganti. F*ck banget lah nissan sunter dan SA-SA nya. Dah gitu bohlam mati juga ditagih, perasaan bohlam ori itu masuk kategori warranty karena gak aus pemakaian. CMIIW.

Beda kelas lah beres nissan banding A2K, gak kerasa rusak aja, tiba2 dikasitau ada spare part rusak, diliatin, diganti, FREE *selama warranty*

dan jangan bilang kasus xenia di tabrak juke xenianya roofnya habis semua karena ini mobil murah. ternyata di luar negeri toyota semua tipe ternyata ngak ada yang roofnya kuat menurut mantan pengacara toyota.


ingat, hasil uji tabrakan seperti euroncap gituan cuman uji tabrak dari depan, samping. ngak di uji kekuatan bagian atapnya. ngak ada score untuk rollover test.

Dan mulai di detik 1:07 - 1:40 di video wawancaranya dengan abc news di atas, di bahas mengenai roof structure, roof strength mobil mobil toyota. dan menurut informasi yang dia tau, ngak ada satu model toyota pun yang kekuatan roofnya memadai.


pantesan xenia (aka toyota avanza) yang kehilangan atapnya semua ngak ada peluang. wong mobil toyota di amrik aja yang jauh lebih bagus aja kekuatan roofnya ngak ada yang memadai, sayang uji tabrak macam ncap ngak ada info mengenai roof strengthnya. dapat info dari orang dalam, mantan orang dalam baru bisa di ketahui.
