Untuk high revv (Top End) ... mendingan makai yang 2 pieces dan dikombinasikan dengan collector yang panjang supaya putaran bawahnya nggak jadi korban. Untuk menggeser dari 7200 ke 7800 cukup membesarkan diameter sebanyak 1/8 inches (3.2 mm) dari diameter yang sekarang terpasang.

Dyno Test 190 HP itu WHP kah ? normal kalau 190 WHP bisa dapet 240 kpj. Tong-Pes ini gara-gara banyak mod kah ? ... hehehehehehehe.

Octane Booster BARDAHL itu menggunakan MMT (Methylcylcopentadienyl Manganese Tricarbonyl). Yang jadi masalah adalah Manganese ini semacam RACUN untuk Catalytic Converter ... sering disebut dengan istilah Catalyst Poisoning ... lama-kelamaan ... dalam waktu yang relative singkat akan meng-NON-ACTIVE-kan fungsi Catalytic Converter. Unsur-unsur lain yang serupa dengan Manganese adalah Timbal (Lead), Sulphur, Zinc (Seng), Silicone, dan Phosphorus. Kalau CAT (Catalytic Converter) udah Non-Aktif (pensiun) ... ya ... COROLICA nya masuk ke jalur yang Gak Ramah Lingkungan ... itu aja.

Disamping CAT ... yang akan jadi korban adalah Injectors, Busi dan Oxygen Sensor ... Di USA pun MMT ini ILLEGAL.

waduh gawat,ya klo efeknya ky gt mending di PHK sj tuh BARDAHL,tongpesnya gara2 buat kulakan om,hehehe,maklum bisnis kecil2an,klo modifnya ya itu yg aku sebutin di atas thok,klo velg cm 16 inchi,standardnya 15,eman powernya amblas di makan velg klo kegedean,klo masang turbo kayanya ngga'lah,lbh suka maen N/A seninya lbh banyak tantangannya,rencana kedepan cm mau ganti head+intake manifold+plenum intake+throttle body,piston&setang piston dengan yg 3S-GE BEAMS redtop yg udah VVT-i,tp ya alon2 aja,selain head dan konco2nya blum nemu, budgetnya masih LOW hehehe,pokoé aku pasti ngubungin si om lg,.

thank bung WP,ini semua gara2 sy tanya2 Bung wkt mau membeli Corona Absolute,eh ga taunya dpt yg pake 3S-GE,nah denger sana-sini kalo ini mesin legendaris toyota sy jadi tertarik mendalami history dan meningkatkan performanya...

wah dapetnya udah yg engine swap ya pak?

jadi inget dulu bokap pernah beli dari baru and dipelihara sampai 7 tahun! meskipun bokap udah ganti2 mobil sehari2 berkali2 tuh Corona masih disimpen....sampai akhirnya dijual juga...hehehe...

Yg 3S-FE aja stabil dibawa sampai 180km/h (dan kayanya masih bisa nambah lagi deh...cuma jalan tidak memungkinkan) apalagi 3S-GE yah? ckckck...

sy kurang tau Bung WP,apakah hsl engine swap ato memang udah bawaanya pake 3S-GE,soalnya pelat yg ada di firewall gini tulisanny:
Model ST195-AEPMK.
Engine 3S 1998 cc
VIN JT153SV1000054657
Ga ada tulisan Toyota Astra Motor.
kalo yg rakitan TAM kan ST 191 AEMNK,dimensi bodinya lbh panjang & lebar sdkt dr Absolute kebanyakan,
yng buat repot kalo belok2 di gang sempit hrs ambil haluan dl,trll pnjang.

saya liat tachometer yg sampai 9000rpm juga beda (Corona Absolute rakitan TAM sampai 8000rpm)

dari VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) sepertinya dari Jepang ya? (huruf pertamanya J, kalo TAM kalo ga salah M karena kebanyakan rakitan lokal kodenya M atau MHF)

dulu beli dari mana pak? kena berapa? mahal ya?

sy bli dr teman yg memang speedlover,blinya wkt itu kena 85,sy wkt bli ga trlalu memperhatikan hrg pasaran absolute,wkt bli pasaran absolute sktr 78,soalnya dari pertama liat udah jatuh cinta,kebetulan yang bersangkutan lagi butuh dana segar,ya awalnya sy sih ga telalu memperhatikan kode mesinnya,tp sy denger dari mekanik bengkel waktu tune up katanya mesin mobil sy mesin kencang,sy tidak percaya krn wkt itu msh buta tentang mesin,percayanya di bengkel itu ada absolute yg lg di tune up jg, setelah sy lihat mesinnya ternyata lain,nah mulai dr itu sy tertarik untuk mengetahui lbih lanjut tentang history mesin 3S-GE dan ingin meg-upgrade performanya.
tp kt pak Penyu aslinya frame dengan kode itu pake 3S-FE,itu yg tmbh sy bingung,tp yg penting sy sangat menikmati performa 3S-GE tanpa meliat apakah asli bawaan mobil ato hasil engine swap,heheheh...

bisa upload foto bodynya? jadi penasaran saya...saya penasaran sama bodynya, katanya lebih gede sama panjang sedikit...kalo bisa sama emblem di bagasi belakang, soale kalo bikinan TAM pastinya emblemnya sama kaya yg lain...

btw, Windom itu aslinya lebih panjang dari Crown Royal lho! jadi kalo bumpernya dipasang di Corona jadi pengin lihat secara Corona masih kalah panjang sama Crown

Wuiddiih . . . serem bgt tuh black top. Gimana gak dapet 220HP wong kompresi ampe 11.5 kalo ndak salah yah.

BTW gue baru tau kalo Bardhal gak aman buat CAT, Pak Penyu Turbo kira2 Octane Booster apa yg aman dan bagus serta available di Indo. Kalo STP octan booster gimana friendly nggak buat Oxygen sensor ??

Bro Dany postingin gambar mobil elo dong . . . ane penasaran ama Corona R sampeyan . . . itu mobil langka banget lho . . . itu Caldina kali yah?? Setau gue kode ST195 . . kode angka 5 itu biasanya menunjukkan versi Turbonya (3S-GTE). Sama kaya Celica dr ST165, ST185, ST205 itu semua model alltrac dgn 3S-GTE Turbo. Kalo Kode ST182, ST202 itu biasanya pake 3S-GE yg non turbo (kode angka 2).

Eh situ bukannya punya nick-name Fardy yah di forum tetangga . . . he he he

Weeesss . . . ini dia tampang Corona berotot. Sepertinya 3S-GE 2nd generation yah . . . kalo punya gue model throtle bodynya model triangular or meng'kotak' ngak membulat macem punya sampean. Trus diatasnya ada tulisan Toyota 2000 Twincam . . . he he he sorry rada OOT. Sebenarnya sih bawaan pabrik udah model2 header gitu kan. Nanti kalo ada rejeki aku arep melu2 aah bikin header di RKK-JKT.

punya saya tulisan YOYOTA 2000 TwinCam nya ada di ujung plenum intake.
Sebenarnya Header yg "mumpuni"yg ngikuti dasar pabrikan cuma di perbesar sedikit ukurannya untuk lebih lancarnya gas buang, nah klo yg tekukannya aneh2 kebanyakan gak berhasil,.hehehe just my opinion.
