BEDA KUALITAS PARTS = Jazz lama dan New Jazz

Di Otomotif terbaru, dibilang bahwa kemenangan Jazz di balap antar merk 1500cc Sentul mulai pertengahan 2007, a.l. karena memang beberapa engine parts pada new Jazz (yang lampu blakang standarnya sudah LED) mengalami improvement, misalnya kepala piston dan beberapa parts lain yang sudah mengalami coating supaya lebih kuat tahan panas tahan lama, disamping pemakaian header dan exhaust/muffler J's Racing yang fenomenal hasilnya katanya, sehingga bisa mencapai 150-160 HP (standarnya 110 HP).... Gue jadi penasaran, yang di-coating itu komponen apa aja persisnya, selain kepala piston... lalu maksudnya coating treatment itu apa dan gimana seh... Mungkin ada yang bisa njelasin ke kita2 ? Penasaran karena Jeskoneng keluaran 2005, jadi blum sempat pake coating2an hehehehe.....

Walaupun baru diperkenalkan di next-jazz okt07 lalu, mungkin sebenarnya sudah diaplikasikan pararel di jazz mid-07&up spt ini dari asia.vtec.net = Pattern piston coating.
Kalo pd Jazz sebelumnya :
Pistons are coated with 'pulverized molydebnum'. Molydebnum coated piston skirts are first used on the famous B18C Spec R engine on the 1995-2001 DC2 Integra Type-R. In the case of the Lseries, the molydebnum are first 'pulverized' into powder form and then embedded into the piston skirts using a high pressure shot. The molydebnum enhances the 'lubrication' between the piston and the cylinder liner walls, adding to that which is already provided by the engine oil and this greatly reduces internal power loss through friction in this area.

Oooh... gitu ya... gue jadi ngiri sama piston jazz yang sudah di treat "patterned piston coating"......

Mungkin piston jeskoneng gue bisa nyaingi mutu dan performa piston jazz 07, asal gue pake oli full synth dan ganti olinya setiap 1000 km ya ? ... ( mode desperate on )

Pake coating2an rada ngeri, takut ngelotok, nanti kasus kaya biem m50 lage itu piston pada rontok semua coatingnya gara2 bensin indo busuk.......
